No matter what your level, you practice any exercice you want, using all the material available in the room. Certified coaches will be able to explain you how to use them if you don't know.
You train in a total Autonomy.

The Gear
Clothes : Wear sport clothes.
Shoes : Clean running shoes only used indoor. You can also buy shoes dedicated to indoor fitness practice from 30€ in sport markets.

The Time
You train in total autonomy at any moment of the day, any duration you want from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m.
The Price
We just ask an annual subscription of 25 euros for unlimited access to the gym center.
