I confirm I want to join climbing team for season 2022/2023

As a member of the association NISSPORT (Association Sportive Nissan Automotive Europe SAS) I declare I have due noted of my obligations as an adherent, in particular those relating to the participation I undertake to respect.See rules of procedure

I authorize Nissport Association to photograph or film me as part of the various events or activities that the Association organizes. I accept the use and noncommercial exploitation of my image within the framework of the promotion of the Association, in particular on the website of the Association & SoMe channel of the Association, as well as its reproduction on any medium whatsoever (paper, medium analogue or digital medium) current or future, for the life of the documents produced or of the Association. As a result, I expressly wave any right to the image and to any action against Nissport that originates from the exploitation of my image in the aforementioned framework. In return, Nissport undertakes to respect the image and to use it only within the previously defined framework.

Regarding the particular situation due to COVID pandemy, I declare I have due noted of the specific rules and I confirm I will apply it each time I will use the NISSPORT installations.See health protocol

Your registration will be taken into account after the responsible of the activity validates your payment.

You can choose between 1 of the 2 following options:

Option 1 : Access to the place any time as often as you want during the year -> 150€

Option 2 : Access to the place for 10 sessions -> 35€ (you can renewal this 10 sessions option as often as you want during the year)
